Androgen Deprivation Therapy (ADT) Support Group

This is a pilot program to help men with metastatic cancer manage the difficulties they face with all the side effects from hormone therapy treatment. This support group will permit in depth discussion about the unique challenges men on hormone therapy have to manage. Our intent is also to develop hormone therapy support groups throughout the state.

Gay and Bisexual Men’s Prostate Cancer Support Group

The aim of the group is to provide a safe place for gay men to share and discuss issues regarding the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer. The group is open to gay and bisexual men, their partners and friends. This group will alternate between South Portland and Augusta. More information about these groups.
